I was informed that rotation numbers start from 0001 and go to 9960 and then repeat.
In the Tbird Owner Registry database here, I noticed rotation umbers as high as 16900. Is that the second batch of 0001 to 9960 with the 1 indicating this?
If rotation numbes are so arranged, what would be the last rotation number assigned for the car number 25000(not vin 25000)?
Would it be 25080 with the 2 indicating the 3rd rotation sequence of 0001 to 9960 ending in 5080? (9960+9960+5080+25000)
Can anyone shed a better light on this?
Thanks
