Thanks for the info. I'll try to make it up from Mt. Laurel. I went to the "All Ford Nationals" at Carlisle this past weekend but it was a TOTAL washout. Very few T-Birds, but I did get to see the '64 Thunderbolt Reunion!! 🙂

.....sorry to hear about Carlisle.....was it just lack of 'Birds or the weather too?.....We were, at one point, planning on going this year......

It was mainly a weather issue. It was brutal out there. A lot of vendors didn't even open up. Not too many folks want to bring their classic rides out in a monsoon! Carlisle turns into a giant mud pit when it rains. I really didn't see a big T-Bird turnout other than a few for sale in on the sale lot.
As for Mustangs, they had a 40th anniversary display. The original '63 Mustang concept car was there. They had models from each year right up to the '05 Mustang GT and the possible '06 Shelby Mustang. It had the makings of a great show but mother nature just wouldn't have it!

It looks like the weather will be good for Saturday.. Last year was a rain out. Just so you know the year before (2002) there were well over a hundered Thunderbirds, from 1955 to 1997 and about 12 2002 Birds. This year I'm sure will be a lot more "New" Birds. So if you are around stop by, even if you don't want to register your car or don't have one yet. There will be a few vendors and the usual food. If you do come look me up. I will have my '57 Starmist blue and my son will be bring my Black '02. I'm sure I will not be the only Blue '57 or Black '02 so ask for Pat and someone will point me out. Hope to see some of you "Birders" there.

The show was a great success !! There were about 90 T-Birds in all from '55 to 2004. About 12 new birds. Mostly 2002's a couple of 2003's and maybe 1 2004. Some were modified, tonnou covers, different wheels, various crome pieces, dash treatments. Everyone received a photo plaque and a goodie bag.
See you next year
