Looking to install an aftermarket stereo in 1964 third. Surely people have done it. Not really wanting to go with (updated retro stereo). Any pics or suggestions from people that have already done it would be helpful. Leaning towards a touch screen single din that flips up. Any advice is appreciated.

When I had my '66 20yrs ago most of the radio faces were pretty standardized in dimensions. Had to bend over the tabs for the original knobs but the new head fit. Plugged in the speaker wires to the original speakers and all was good and reversable if needed. Replacing the radio head is more about what features you want other than will it. fit.
