The nylon gear on the motor side is broken & stripped and needs replacing. See picture. All other components work fine. Does anyone know if this part is available anywhere in the world? Even the complete assembly is currently out of stock from several vendors, but I can buy used from salvage yards. The motor is made by Siemens of Germany. Passenger side regulator assemblies are available and I trust this nylon gear is the same for a change-out.Nylon Gear.jpg a change-out.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago luckily it was the passenger side.
I took a look at the stripped gear in the motor and Imo I don't think is replaceable, there was also damage to the plastic gear in the regulator itself so even if the one in the motor was replaced I don't think it will work.
