Took my 2004 Merlot into a reputable window (I've had him do 5 cars for me over the past 20 years) tint shop for tinting the driver, passenger, and rear windows. About an hour later, the tech drove the car outside. When I walked up to it, I commented that "I didn't even notice it raining.". He replied that they had to hose it down to clean the windows (???). Drove it home and parked it in my shop. Two days later when I started using Shine Armor on it, I noticed that most of the water spots would not completely disappear. How can I get rid of the water spots that I didn't have before???

What has water spots on it? Reading your post it seems like you are talking about the windows but doesn't really say for sure. What is "it"?

I use nothing but Topcoat F11 on my 2003 and you can use it on the windows as well, plus it shines like a diamond

I was going to suggest a solution of half vinegar & half DISTILLED water.
Distilled water has all-natural chemicals removed.
