2004 codes P2195 and P2197

Code P 2195, Stock lean bank 1 sensor 1. Any ideas?

2003, changed out coil/plugs running great now, but got a check engine light after a few miles, code for P2195 "02 sensor signal biased stock lean bank 1 sensor 1" Read post not clear what issue to fix. Replaced plugs pass side normal, drivers side burnt oxide color. Is this "bank" 1?
