YG355 is the one & only heater control valve. Part # YW4H18495AA.
It is on the right hand side(pass. side) of the radiator about half way down. It has. 3 hose ports. The bottom is the in Port, the 2 that are side by side are the outs going to the heater. The 2 outs are solnoid controlled opening & closing on demand by the climate control module.
Rock Auto sells these for around $168.
Hope this helps as I can not find anything else regarding 5 valves anywhere on my car or in my shop manual.

The 2 part numbers, YW4H18485AA and number 2R8Z18495AA both numbers are for the same part, the Heater Control Valve.
You can Google the two numbers & you will see this. Either will work for you in your 03.

Please share with us what your troubles are with your vehicle & maybe someone here can get you going if the heater valve is not fixing the problem.

If you haven't change out the AC CLUTCH relay. It is located in fuse box under the hood. Relay 08. It is in the R-hand corner. There are 2 both similar in shape & size, #8 is the inner one.
Keep us up dated.
