2002 heat & horn don't work after FEM replacement

2002 92k just replaced the FEM now the horn and heater won't work (the air works perfectly) anyone else have this problem?

When you say you replaced the FEM, did you get another one, if so where from? Where is the old one?
 
Don’t know about others but when I replaced my 02 FEM I gave all the connectors a real good shot of DeOxIt electronics spray becore installing it.
 
It is possible they did not rebuild the FEM correctly. Here is a photo of contact cleaner, as Frankie the Fink
says always use it on any electrical connections. Works wonders.Deoxit.jpg
