I bought one of the few US 2005 Thunderbirds with not supplemental lights. I was not educated enough when I bought the car to know that they ‘should be there’ US. I have researched how to remedy but can’t find a harness, must fit the the 2005. Help!

Looking for Perimeter anti-theft reset switch for 2002 Tbird.

See attached pics for location and diagram. I haven't been able to track down the exact part number from the doc yet, but would be interested in the entire driver door wiring harness if that is easier.

Passenger side Tail Light. Anyone have one of these for sale? Mine is pretty beat up and I'd like to upgrade to a decent looking one. Thanks!

Are you sure the driver side screw is actually engaged? It looks like the Torx screw might not be engaged. The top should draw down tight on both sides, and it's flexible enough that unless there's something between the pieces, they will come together.

Your hardtop's mounting blocks might be out of alignment. You can check by gently pulling the plastic trim across the front of the hardtop's headliner down from the side- it's just held in by some friction clips. Start with a fingernail between the plastic and the fabric at the outside over the driver door, and gently pull it down. Once it's down, you'll see a metal block held by 3 Torx bolts at each front corner- the Torx screws from the windshield corners go into threaded holes in these blocks. Use the same T-40 wrench you use for the hardtop screws to loosen the 3 bolts on the driver side block so it can move, and let it line up with the screw from the windshield. Tighten the three hardtop bolts then the windshield bolt, and gently snap the plastic trim back on.

I had to do this to the hardtop I bought for my own '05 T-Bird. The driver side screw didn't engage the threaded hole.
What does the plastic trim across the front of the hardtop's headliner look like? I am missing that part and can't seem to find what I am looking for or get a part number. Is this the part that has the overhead lights? I thought that is a piece other than that. Thanks!

I had a similar or maybe even exact situation. No fog lamps or side marker lights because of missing harness. Bought through ebay from salvage yard. Mine was a 6 plug, found out some are 8 plug. Got to.buy correct for your car.

Mechanic has changed gasket three times and still having smell of burnt oil on top of engine. Their current thinking is plastic valves covers have warped. Found some on ebay but also wondering if anyone has an aftermarket source, possibly Jaguar, as alternative. Thanks.
