1964 air filter recommendations

Air filter currently is a Fram CA 149. Can't seem to locate one anywhere online. Is there an alternative or less expensive replacement I could use? The current one came with car and is pretty dirty. Thanks for any input.

Here is the CA-149 that you can't locate anywhere online. Not sure about alternatives, but the listing does mention other part numbers worth noting.
