Used t-birds

I saw two used 2002 t-birds advertised in the Allentown, PA Sunday Paper. One is a black with a hard top driven 500 miles for $39,800. The other is a soft top with 3600 miles for $39,800 They are at two different dealers and are both priced above the msrp that I paid for my new premium.

I saw 2 used birds in Tysons Corner, VA the other day (one red, one yellow) They were asking $45K or there abouts.
