Have excessive loud noise like metal scraping on metal when going over speed bumps. It’s worse whose when its cold outside but always very loud and annoying. Any idea what the fix is?

I don't have a fix, but I think I have the same problem. My 2003 does something that sounds similar and it ruins the pleasure I generally get from driving it. In my case, it appears to be on the passenger side and sounds to me like loose brake calipers or something in that area, but it isn't. I could not isolate it, nor could any mechanic I've taken it to including the local Lincoln dealer who told me the torsion bar was loose due to broken or worn bushing. I fell for it. Did not fix the noise.
