Hello, I'm Chris and I just purchased a 1955 tbird. I'm finishing a couple of mechanical/electrical repairs on the car, but I need a recommendation for a reasonably priced shop to tackle the paint and body work. It still needs a fair amount of body work. The body was previously separated from the frame and frame was re-coated. I just want to bring this car back to a "nice driver" condition--no desire to go all out on the restoration and spend more than the car is worth. Does anyone have recommendations the Dallas/Fort Worth area? Thanks!

Stuart's located at 10440 Plano Road in Dallas did very professional work for my '04. Stuart's is the first choice of local Ferrari, Lambo. Porsche and other exotic owners.
(ETA: Yes, that's a real RWB Porsche, Gas Monkey's Ferrari F-40 and Scuderia Filipinetti's 1964 Ferrari 250LM)

For interior and convertible top work, Brunner Trim and Glass located near Stuart's at 11424 Garland Road is the BEST I've found in the entire USA. Last time there they were completely restoring a 1955 Mercedes Gullwing interior.
