George is correct. Thunderbird Concepts has a great deal which includes a cover. If you are looking for strictly OEM, there are a few listed on eBay now for $300 and $400 respectively.

It is difficult to find OEM stands that are inexpensive. There is one listed on Ebay now, but it is priced at $345.

I have the hardtop storage rack that came with my 2002 T-Bird. I used it one time, for about 3 weeks, until I received my E Z top electric hoist. I recently sold my T-Bird and have both items for sale. Call me if you are interested.
