I put my hardtop on this weekend and used the clear tape from Ford. The instructions say to remove the tape and replace every three months. I do not like the way the tape looks as it was very damp this weekend and moisture set under the tape. I don't know which is worse, leave the tape off or let moisture sit under it. Also, no matter how you put the tape on it will be visible on the car. I can use any thoughts on this subject.

Thanks

I have experienced the same issue with the tape being very visable once the top is installed. I actually trimmed my tape strips down so that they would be completely hidden, but this is something I don't want to have to do every timethe tapes are replaced. Let's hope some one comes up with a better fix.
