With speculation of a four seat Thunderbird for its next generation I’ve gotta wonder how close it might be to this Ford 49 Concept.

I love the 49. My wife bought me a die cast model of it a couple of years back (in black with the clear roof like the original concept.) I told her that meant she was obligated to buy the real one if they build it. 😀
 
Someone made a die cast model of the 49 concept???

I love the top, reminds me of the glass T-top on my Vette. I haven't made up my mind about the rest of the car though.

Yes, this is true, and my husband has to buy me a new T-Bird in nearly all the colors they came out with. 😀
