Has anyone had experience with these error codes on a 2004? Something about a Throttle actuator control module. is the problem in the Throttle position sensor, the throttle control module or the throttle control motor?

Sounds exactly like COPS, coil on plugs. Did your car go into Limp Mode? Take it to a Lincoln Mercury Dealer and have them do a COP test. That might be your problem. I have a 03- finally I have found a LM Dealer that knows what the problem is and knows how to fix it.

My OBDII code reader shows P2107 - Throttle Actuator control Module Processor. P2110 -Throttle Actuator System Forced Limited RPM. SWAG method (Scientific Wild A** Guess) P2107 would be a defective Throttle Actuator Module. P2110 is likely a fail safe system to prevent engine damage.
