Black material under doors ?

Under the passenger door part of the under carriage has
been coated black.

Ran over a tube of white builder silcone caulk that fell off
a truck in front of us. Couldn't believe how much is in one of
those tubes. It coated the wheel wells and all down the under
side. Didn't appear to hurt the paint. Got most of it out of the
wells but it took the Black off and now got patches of blue and
black when look at the car from a distance under the door.

Can't tell if paint or undercoat material so can repair.
??? what it is.

Not much you can do in traffic and something is bouncing
toward you. Guess was lucky it didn't hit the grill cause
that plastic deal would have been gone.
