Throttle Actuator Control Motor is stuck open or closed
Faulty Throttle Actuator Control Motor
Throttle Actuator Control Motor harness is open or shorted
Throttle Actuator Control Motor circuit poor electrical connection
Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

Is P2106 the only fault stored, or is P2135 also stored? The reason I ask this is because if both faults are stored Technical Service Bulletin 05-14-4 would apply.

The issue was that some vehicles built 11/29/2004 and prior may exhibit the wrench light on with both P2106 and P2135 diagnostic trouble codes stored. The action was to replace the throttle position sensor and reprogram the Powertrain Control Module to the latest calibration.
