2004 Right fog light no high beam

My Fog light not lighting!
My right side headlight not working in low beam but is ok with high beam!
How I can fix them?

Replace the headlight bulb.

They should be wired in with your headlights, unless they were later wired into your headlight switch. Try pulling the switch out.

I replace the R head light bulb twice, but didn't work . High beam working but no low beam!

Regarding the Fog light when headlight switch turns to parking light position some time work in dark places only, otherwise not working at all. I tried pulling the switch out, didn't work too.

I would like to convert them to running lights for safety (any ideas).

Did you fix the headlight issue? If so how? was it the switch? I have a 2003 with the same issue- Left headlamp. Replaced the bulb twice- with no luck.
