Instrument Cluster lights out, there is no fuse. may also have a short as battery runs down? PCM Module error per OBC. same problem or different?
where can i get cluster repaired in California?

If the shifter console light (PRND4/D5/) light is out its almost a 100% certainty its the Front Electronics Module...
In which case, you can refine your searches with the FEM as a search term.
