You can access the pump through the shelf behind the seats. All of the trim will need to be removed. There’s a theory that you should always keep at least a quarter tank of gas as the fuel acts as coolant for the pump. I don’t know whether that actually helps but it can’t hurt.
 
Cranks but won’t fire. Doesn’t seem to be getting gas.
I checked the inertia switch but it hasn’t been tripped.
checked the fuel pump fuse and it’s good.

Is it the fuel pump? Any other possible solutions?
I just went through the same issue on my 2002. Fuel pump was bad. Do yourself a favor and replace BOTH the pump and the sender at the same time. Once and done! You'll be glad you did. Hope this helped.

Did your sender fail? I understand that it has no moving parts.
