A little background about the car first is this vehicle literally sat in a driveway for the past 9 years without starting or moving at all so since I've acquired it Ive replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil packs (both), ignition switch relay or starter relay, all the 02 sensors, starter starter solenoid, crankshaft position sensor, battery, changed all the fluids and oil filter so when I try and start it it sounds like it's about to start but it just doesn't get that last umph in it to start so I'm kinda at a loss now Idk where or what to do next any suggestions would help

Just some possibles, 1.TPS, the pcm will not let the car start if it does'nt know where the throttle is, like it could be receiving an out of range signal......2.CCRM or ICM, both work together to get your spark turned on......3.PCM, (mine started failing about 2-3 yrs. ago on my '95) If the PCM is failing it starts to have trouble understanding the signals coming in OR it may have trouble sending the correct signals out.......If you don't know, you can't get a ICM or PCM new, I got both on ebay used and working, nice to have one on the shelf........
