I have my doors pulled apart and have cleaned up the cavity space within the door and window regulators. Are there weep holes or drainage holes in The bottom of the doors that I should see? Aside from vacuuming out debris I can’t see anything and before I re-assemble them, I need to clean them out IF they exist

Is there anyplace on the body, cockpit or trunk that has something like this aside from the plugged cutouts or grommeted holes

Hahaha… sold my ‘42 knuckle and my ‘47 knuckle several years back. Not many reproduction parts based on current pricing, the Tbird and the bike are close. On the other hand my 1925 Henderson 4 sold at Minter prices

Yes - there are weep (drainage) holes in the doors so any water that gets in can drain. Look at the bottom of the door from the bottom (outside)

The water drain holes are along the bottom face of the door between the door seal and the door skin.

Then there is the question of once you get the drain holes reamed out, running a wire brush over the whole bottom of the door loosening it all up from the inside and getting a vacuum snorkel in there to vacuum all that detrus out of there, I'd then get a spray can of Rustolium Rust reformer and spray the heck out of the inside of the door.

I was under my 56 yesterday and cleaned out 2 drain holes at the bottom of each rear 1/4 between the wheel opening and the bumper, about 5/8" did.. 3 of the holes had plugs in them, 1 didn't. They were filled with what appeared to be mud. One had a piece of glass in it? and that same hole had 2 5/16x2" threaded studs. Not threaded rods. I was pleasantly surprised no rust came out.
