Where does the hood release lever cable clamp mount under the dash?

I purchased a 1955 Thunderbird that will be my daughters. It was a frame off restoration that was about 85% done. The previous owner passed on before finishing it. It was missing some parts. One of the parts missing was the hood release lever. I have acquired a complete assembly. Can someone please tell me where the front cable clamp mounts under the dash.
When you post on the forum, the subject is the most important part and should summarize exacrlt what your post is about. How is anyone going to know in the forum list what your post is about when you title it "1955 Thunderbird. Parts location on vehicle"

Also, since this entire site is about the Ford Thunderbird, you can omit the make & model of your car.

Mine is on the bottom lip of the dashboard, to the right of the steering wheel, in line with the wiper knob.
