02-Owners..Check your headlight brackets........

Check the top bracket on your headlight housing, it seems that alot of the 02's have one or both brackets cracked. I checked mine and both are cracked. I'm not the only one. I understand the bracket design for 03, has been changed. Just giving everyone a heads-up................

When changing to Xenon bulbs I noticed one of my
top brackets was cracked as well.

Be sure to advise your dealer on your next service visit. These are being fixed under warranty

Sure enough I was under the hood of my car drying in the crevices after washing it when I noticed that the top headlight bracket on the left headlight is cracked straight through. The car is going in the shop on Wednesday. Does anyone know if Ford has come out with a TSB to address this problem? My dealer seemed to be in the dark.
