WTB 2004 Heater Core Hoses

Anyone who knows where I can get heater core hoses no longer available from Ford, I would greatly appreciate the help!
I need 3W4Z-18N345-AB and 3W4Z-18N344-BB These are no longer available from Ford Parts.

Hello all,
The parts needed are new parts numbers from Ford, they are 3W4Z-18N344-AB and 3W4Z-18N344-BB these are two different hoses that come off the thermostat housing. Previously they were Ford Parts #'s 3W4Z-18N345-A (might be AB) and 3W4Z-18N345-BB. Since the engine is the same as the Lincoln LS, I don't understand why they are no longer available.
Any help is appreciated,

Then how come you can still get model T and Model A parts?
I know they made a few million more of them but they made a few Lincoln LS models too.
