Lady T and myself are called about 180 customers a day. Becuase we lost one co-worker, I have to split my time between LS and Thunderbird. Therefore she is called about 90 a day, and I call about 30 (I have to fill an LS quota before I switch to T-bird). We do our best to call as many people as possible, but we don't have any control over when you are called. Hopefully one of us will call you soon, but not until you have had your vehicle at least 15 days.

We've had ours since November 1st, but never received a call that I'm aware of.

I took delivery in Dec, No calls that I'm aware of. Very pleased with my BIRD.
