Website under construction?

For the past two weeks when I click on the "Forum" in my favorites all I get is "website under construction" from website world. Can't be because of the TN storm since it's been two weeks like this.
Is anyone else getting this?
It seems that the only way I can get in is through my user cp.
This can't be very good for advertisers and it's frustrating for me.

Maybe your favorites saved that thing that says "under construction". Try saving it again.

Bookmark the site again, we upgraded the server a few days ago and you must have bookmarked the page then.

Note: I have never re-book marked before, and things changed anyway. Thought you should know, FYI.
