I am trying to find the tire size for today’s standard for my 64 convertible. I can’t find the specs in any of the manuals. Any help would be appreciated.

Screenshot_20180319-095115.png Screenshot_20180319-095115.png I bought my first 64 Thunderbird last September. It needed tires because the old ones were dry rotted. I found these on Tire Rack with a white wall for an affordable price. They ride beautifully too.

Sorry, I wanted the other picture to show you what they look like. My big fat sausage fingers hit the wrong button.

I went with the 205, due to possible rubbing.

I don't know much about the value, seemed reasonable, needed new tires, and they called out buy me. The photo I attached was a very similar bird that had the 2.75" white walls. Had to have them. SummitRacing.com

the original size was 815 x 15 which is closest to a P215/75R15. Coker tires sells an 820R15 that is a radial that looks like a bias ply. They are a little more money, about $260 a tire, but are an almost exact replica of the original size tire in look with the driving characteristics of the radial.
