I have a 2004 and will be replacing the Throttle Body. Is there any other action necessary other then replacing the part? I've been told there is some sort of reprogramming necessary to make it work properly.

2004 Throttle Body Replacement

I replaced the throttle body and it did fix the problem. But sometimes it still seems the computer does not sense the change in throttle position fast enough and the rpm will drop fast. But in all cases when this happens, the computer does make the adjustment to stabilized the rpm fairly quickly. Went to a Ford dealership and they said they could check it out but could offer no guarantee that this would fix the problem since I had brought and installed the part.
