2002 Premium Tbird vin 24737.

Has anyone experinced a surging idle speed after a trip at 75 MPH and then 2 miles of city driving in cold weather?

It sounds like the engine wants to slow down and the computer corrects it. Weather was cold. I should have looked at the tachometer to see how much it was varying.
