I ordered my 2002 in 1999. Did the "managing the wait' etc. Car was delivered October 2001. All black premium. I have a grand total of 2650 miles on tha car. During 1999, 2000, we were being told that the supercharger was to be available on the last model run. Last we heard it would not happen. Any "new news"?

There won't be any supercharger from Ford. I visited the Lima engine plant in August and they said that at one time there were plans for a supercharged engine but the plans were scrapped. Maybe due to poor sales...? anyway 2006 is the last year for the Thunderbird.
