Spare Tire

I have a 2002 T-Bird whose spare tire has exploded (problems with living in the desert). I cannot find any place who carries this little donut tire and have had not luck trying to contact the dealerships. Has any one encountered the same problem? And, if so, do you know where I can find a replacement?

....I doubt that the spare is Thunderbird specific....I'm sure the Lincoln LS and the Jag S type are the same ...as well as other Ford products...Try a wrecking yard maybe?.....

will give that a try. I may just have to replace the whole spare wheel to get a tire too. Appreciate the idea.

Why not buy a regular wheel that matches your car. Just in case you get curb rash on one of yours. The full wheel with tire should fit in the trunk
