Shipping Scams from Overseas

Guy selling this says he's in Germany, and will ship the car to you, No cost, and if you like it then pay the shipper the $13,000.
I'v been screwing with him for a week or so, I mean SCREWING with him.
Ask for VIN #'s, he sent different one's two

Had the same deal going with a guy when I was looking to by an Isetta.
He said the car was already crated for shipping that's why I could not come and check it out myself, but just send a deposit and when it arrives if it is not what I want I could send it back.
Yeah right!!!.
Watch out and be careful with your $$$$$$$$.

I was waiting for the check from the Widow's estate that was do me to come in, I mean we'r talk'n somewhere in the neighborhood of $15,000,000,00!!
