Just saw pictures of the "concept" Maurader
convertible. I think it looks awesome and I betcha Mercury does it.

Now that is a very well put together set of wheels. It would look great next to the T-Bird.

Only thing that set me back was that PRICE.

Saw it this week at the Cleveland auto show. Looks very nice, they told me it may be produced in spring og 03. If anything like the Tbird that means 06.
 
When I went to the Chicago Auto Show I talked with the program manager for Mercury. He told me that the Marauder 4-door HT will be built for the 03 model year. The Marauder Convertible will be built for the 05 model year. The 4dr unit has a 4.6L 4V V-8, the Convertible will get a supercharged 4.6L 4V. Means that Mercury will be the last manufacturer to build a full-frame convertible that carries 5 adults in style.
