new T-Bird buyer

My wife and I are looking at a leftover 2002 Premium. The dealer keeps calling to drop the price. Today it is $28,000.00
I found this message board and thought if anyone would know if this is good, it would be you guys. Any help please???

We are going to price some T-Bird rims and snow tires so maybe we will have a fighting chance in the snow this winter.

Well we picked up our 02 T-Bird and you all were right. Very cool car!! My wife was giggling as she was driving. I am now on the hunt for some winter rims and snow tires. Any ideas where to begin the search??

Finally,one sold from a dealer for just 3 grand more than what J. Mays said originally would have been the base model entry price.....that was 25 grand.So if you got a premium with most of the goodies.....that would fit in probably where a similarly loaded under the original price scale would have sold.
