I found this site, looks like they have real wood beside the Synthetic stuff. You have to look at the flat dash kits.

Tarre,
Thats a girl - spend more money on your car! <grin>
If you are thinking about this, and you want it aluminum to match your dash instead od wood, ask them to send you a sample to examine. All the years 2002-2005 have different aluminum inserts and some companies do better at matching each of those years. Still.... wood would look nice with your sand interior.

Here's three other companies....

http://www.woodtrim.com
http://www.wooddash.com

All of them should be able to send you scrap pieces to find the one you like best. You might also ask them if they sell single pieces in the event you need it. Like if your radio gets replaced you don't want to buy a whole new set. Still in the mood to spend more? The Lincoln LS has wood shift knobs like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...ategory=33703&item=7985192097&sspagename=WDVW That may be tough to match the wood dash you go with however. Different years LS's have different colors - there are at least two wood color knobs. They are quite expensive from Lincoln - like maybe $300 - but you can find them at eBay if you are patient.

Still in the mood to spend money? Check out the chrome hood scoop...
http://forums.thunderbirdforum.com/showthread.php?t=2903&highlight=hood+scoop If you have ever seen the 2002 Neiman Marcus Edition Tbird or the 2005 Cashmere Edition - those two have the chrome hood scoop. The Neiman Marcus scoop costs about $175 but the Cashmere Edition is the same thing and its about $70. You can find that and other things for your car here: http://www.thefordsource.com/store/car_accessories/thunderbird.htm

Tarre,

Heres a photo of the chrome hood scoop on a yellow Thunderbird...
It takes about 15 minutes to install, just pop the pins holding in the hood liner and pinch the clips from behind that hold the scoop.
