UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
A family member lost the key to there SUV and since was
going into town said I would pick a pair up. Now I even
called the dealership (Hyundia) told the situation and that
I would be coming in. Mr Cruise said no problem just
have the VIN and I will cut you a couple. Well it was hell
from there on out. Cruise was no where to be found and
they claimed they could not read the number he wrote
down. So we went to the office to have the manager
check the "one" number in question. Now they find the
name but don't have the VIN you have to go to the
Nissian building ?????. Nissian won't look it up because
I am not the owner in a nasty tone. So back to other
manager and ask if can call the owner. Now with the
owner on the phone they tell her they won't give out the
information unless she is there in person. Oh yea drive
40+ mile so she can stand there and tell them the same
info. For some reason they drag me back to the Nissian
building as if going to look it up, only to be back where
was saying they won't look it up. It was totally ridiculous.
I couldn't find one person that working there a year ago
to talk too. Since see the way they operate no wonder the
turn over is so high.
I called another dealer so tomorrow will try to get
a pair there. Told how was treated at the other and
they """say""" if bring in the paper work on the car
they will not have a problem cutting the key.
Some were really getting the run around from Ford on there
02's, its not Ford, there is no customer service and
care if they have repeat business.
Yea I know security but if I had just walk in, not calling,
not having a VIN, and not calling the owner from there phone.
I was so pi**ed off. Told them would not come back to this
blank blank dealership again.
