Can anyone tell me where the electrical connector is located for this feature in the windshield area? I think I'm unplugged.

"The connector is visible if the windshield is removed. For 03-05 this feature was removed as a cost savings measure."
 
Thanks for the info, my car does have a replacement windshield and I'll bet it was never reconnected.
 
If you have your paid receipt, possibly go there and see what they may do for you.
After all, you may have never known until foul weather came in
