Groaning noise at low speed. 1966 coupe

Have a 66 that makes a groaning noise at slow speed . I think is suspension related sounds like rubber stretching or twisting a balloon has had recent front end work. Balls joints shocks etc.saw a recent bird for sale where the guy says car has new bushings and is still making sounds as the bushings are still breaking in. Spent a lot of $ on ball joints , seats for coil springs,new u joints and no help. Anyone got any ideas. I'm stumped
