Find Fuel pump reset button on 2002

I have read hundreds of posts on these forums, including those dedicated to fuel pump replacements, but this is the first time I have heard about a fuel pump reset button. Either I have not been paying attention, or have not been aware of the fuel pump rest button on a '02 because I have an '03. I do know there are 2 (TWO!) fuel pumps on these retro Birds. What is the purpose of the reset button? Does it affect one (which one?) or both fuel pumps? Will a fuel pump failure show up with a fault code on an OBE reader that can be cleared simply by pushing the reset button?!?

Thank you for any insights on this topic!

The purpose of the cutoff switch is to shut off fuel flow from an electric pump in the case of an accident. A bump if you want to call it. My 1996 bird, 84 turbo coupe, all cutoff switches. My '66 stang or my '63 bird did not.
