My External Temp Gauge is stuck at 42 degrees after I washed it today- It's 60 today in St. Louis. Any suggetions- all internal reading are normal and seem to be working.

Not sure what year Bird it is but if under warranty, head down to the dealer. I doubt that the car wash had anything to do with it though.

This is the 1st one of these reported, as I recall, in 5 years😕
Keep us posted.

2003 Premuim Model- Not sure what happened but the gauge started working again after sitting overnight. I will keep my fingers crossed. Where is the gauge located?

I have no idea where it's located. If underneath, did you go through any puddles? That's about all I can think of
