Does anyone have information in regard to the various extended service plans offered by Ford??? I would like to use the cost of the plans as a negotiating tool as to where i would buy my t-bird.

This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated. As an eBay Partner, and Amazon Associate I may be compensated if you make a purchase at no cost to you.

Here's one source for discount Ford warranty prices...
http://www.fordwarrantys.com/

Don't buy the first visit to the site, give them your email address and a day or two after you don't buy they send you an email for another $100 or $150 off.

One thing to be sure of is get the FORD warranty - some dealers try to sell you a different company policy because their markup is more..

Received an email from Ford saying the January, 2005 special is $175 off listed prices of various Ford plans.

You're correct in trying to lock this in as part of the sale. That will be the best price of any offers. Especially as you add mileage.

Mine was 2 years old and I had 7000 miles on it. The best price I found for an 84 month (7yr) 60,000 miles was $1375. My dealer quoted $1875 as his best price. Since the low price was from a dealer in CT and my dealer is in MA, I went back to him and gave him a last shot. He met the $1375 saying he is only making $35.00. I said 35 is better than 0.
Good luck
