First, all 1964 TBirds came with power brakes as standard equipment. How you tell (from your picture) is the large black circular thing that the Master Cylinder/Brake Cylinder is mounted to. It is a vacuum container (that receives vacuum from the engine intake manifold) that provides the “power”. Technically, they are vacuum assisted brakes.
