I know...total noob question. View attachment 9399How do I tell if my car has power brakes or not?
First, all 1964 TBirds came with power brakes as standard equipment. How you tell (from your picture) is the large black circular thing that the Master Cylinder/Brake Cylinder is mounted to. It is a vacuum container (that receives vacuum from the engine intake manifold) that provides the “power”. Technically, they are vacuum assisted brakes.
