Decal/Hardtop Rear Window

I'm trying to afix a college decal to the back window of the hard top. It's one of those that sticks without glue.

I can't get the one corner to stick. Does anyone have any ideas? Don't want to use anykind of glue.

Sounds like the decal may be defective--if that's possible---just a static cling kind of decal I'm guessing. I'd just buy another one and try it. My Carolina decals worked fine on both the hardtop and 'verty glasses.
