I took the T-bird in for it's first oil change, and I had already made arrangements to have some touch up painting done on the trunk and hood. I was told it would take a day and I was to call the next day. I called and was told the car was not ready, it seems the tech doing the touch up went to his boss and told him he could not bring the car into the garage because it was too dirty, the boss said the car is too dirty? The tech said no the car is spotless, the garage is too dirty. They took 2 hours to clean the garage than they started to work on the T-Bird. Thank you Brien motors in Everett washington, that's what I call customer service.
