This has been covered before but with new people joining all the time it bears repeating. Owners of 2002 Thunderbirds should check the top bolt securing their headlights (under the hood). The 2003 and later headlights were designed differently but the ’02 have a high rate of cracked mounting brackets - (I think the actual name for this is a “boss.”) But if yours are cracked you want to get them replaced while under warranty.
