Cell phone

Does the 2003 Thunderbird support a cell phone? There is a small picture of a telephone on the steering wheel....

This car was made long before smart phones, and the mute is to mute the radio when you answer you hand held phone. Obviously fast forward 15 years and putting the phone icon on there is confusing!

I added a new stereo to mine which had bluetooth included and is great, the original cd changer system was breaking down so swapping it for a new unit was the only answer, I have put a link here http://forums.fordthunderbirdforum....-thunderbird-works-with-all-the-systems.5199/

3 year old thread, but yeah - you may as well talk on the phone since your CD player will jam after a few years (ha!)
